What was once a collection of colonial bungalows, Spottiswoode Park flats were built as a private estate in the 70's by the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) to house her employees. Phase 1 consisted of 2 blocks of 3 bedroom apartments of 850sf. Phase 2 consisted of 7 blocks of larger 3 bedrooms of 1270sf.
